NEW RESEARCH & TRANSFERENCE CENTRE RAFAELA (CENTRO DE INVESTIGACIÓN Y TRANSFERENCIA-CIT)

It was created in 2017 by UNRaf together with CONICET (Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas y Técnicas), the main institution of scientific development in Argentina. The CIT will implement three main research lines:

- Education, New Technologies of Communication and Territories.

- Energy, Environment and Industry. 

- Applied Informatics and Embedded Systems. 

There are 12 Research & Transference Centres with similar organizing characteristics to the one created in Rafaela, which places the city in a prominent position in the national scientific field.
